Terms of service

Clear agreements from the start

These terms explain how a request becomes an agreed KoduFix job and set out the rights and responsibilities of the customer and service provider.

Last updated 23.07.2026

1. Scope and service provider

These terms apply to requests, quotes and services agreed through KoduFix. The responsible provider’s legal details are shown on this page. A verified partner may perform the job, while responsibility and the contracting party are made clear before confirmation.

2. Request, quote and contract

Submitting a request and receiving a quote is free and does not oblige you to order. A binding order is created only after you receive the job scope, total price or calculation method, timing, provider details and terms on a durable medium and expressly accept the quote.

3. Price, payment and extra work

Starting prices are indicative. The quote identifies taxes and known additional costs. Extra work, materials or time outside the accepted scope require your approval before work continues, except for an urgent measure reasonably necessary to prevent immediate danger or greater damage.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate job and risk information, ensure safe access and required permissions, keep children, animals and bystanders away from the work area, and inspect the result within a reasonable time.

5. Timing, changes and cancellation

A time is confirmed only by a scheduling notice. Job-specific change and cancellation terms are shown before acceptance. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Work during a 14-day withdrawal period begins only at the consumer’s express request where the law requires it.

6. Acceptance and complaints

Report a non-conforming result promptly and add photos where useful. KoduFix records the case, gathers evidence and offers a remedy, price adjustment or another legally appropriate solution. This process does not limit statutory remedies.

7. Liability and force majeure

Each party is responsible for direct loss caused by its breach to the extent allowed by law. Limits do not apply to intent, gross negligence, personal injury or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. A party affected by an unforeseeable external obstacle must notify the other and mitigate loss.

8. Data, content and disputes

Personal data is handled under the privacy notice. KoduFix branding and site content may not be copied commercially without permission. Estonian law applies. Disputes are first addressed in writing; consumers may also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court.
